ALLDATA Europe will Showcase its Expanded OEM Database at Automechanika 2014
New features and access to 18 vehicle brands make ALLDATA an essential repair tool for multi-brand repair shops.
Cologne, Germany – August 26, 2014 – ALLDATA Europe, the leading provider of manufacturers’ repair information for the automotive repair and bodywork industries, has announced its participation at Automechanika 2014, where it will demonstrate its expanded capability to provide repair and bodywork shops with critical diagnostic and repair information.
ALLDATA’s growing database of vehicle repair data, along with numerous product features, will be highlighted at Automechanika, 16 – 20 September, 2014 in Frankfurt. Recent enhancements include integration with major parts catalogues and a uniform navigation structure, making it fast and easy to locate information on all makes and models.
The rapid growth and influence of ALLDATA Europe has been dramatic. In just two years, ALLDATA Europe has expanded its database to more than 10 million unedited manufacturers’ service and repair documents. Comprehensive, unedited manufacturers’ repair procedures are currently available for the most popular car makes, including: Alfa Romeo, BMW, Citroën, Dacia, FIAT, Ford, Lancia, Mazda, Mercedes, MINI, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Škoda, Smart, Vauxhall and Volkswagen. ALLDATA is working to quickly add more brands.
“Cars are too complex today to be guessing at how to repair them,” said Uli Zehnpfenning, CEO of ALLDATA Europe. “Vehicle-specific information is essential for understanding the intricacies of each make and model. More than 86,000 repair shops in North America rely on ALLDATA every single day, and now European shops have the same opportunity.”
ALLDATA Europe‘s database includes information for vehicles built as of the year 2000. Not-yet-published information for brand new vehicles, as well as data for cars older than 2000, is available at no extra charge by contacting the ALLDATA Info Center for a fast response. ALLDATA subscriptions are available in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
